If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are un-used and un washed.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the address as directed by our sales department.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

SudsDuds’s Shipping Policy
In most cases orders will be fulfilled within 48hrs however, due to COVID-19 demands All orders will processed within 7 business days.
Shipments can only occur on weekdays. Canada Post does not accept items on weekends or holidays.
COVID-19 UPDATE: We are experiencing a high volume of orders, and delays may occur. We will communicate these changes via e-mail. You will be given the oportunity to cancel an order if you are not satisfied with the delay. (Does not apply to custom designs).
Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping method is by Canada Post.
Shipping method costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed on the checkout page.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
Shipping locations are confirmed with Canada Post at the time of ordering. If any additional information or clarification is required communication will occur via e-mail.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
SudsDuds is not responsible for any additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SudsDuds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
