Who is SudsDuds...
We are a custom printing garment company.
Many good inventions and ideas are a result of an accident, and although not frequently reported, many great ideas occur during some form of intoxication.
The idea for SudsDuds was conceived by both an accident and intoxication. The intoxication was provided by beer, and the accident occurred while playing beer-pong on a table with a white cotton table cloth.
The details are self explanatory and not necessary but the result is SudsDuds.

- 100% Heavy 8.9 oz Cotton.
- Double-needle topstitched neckline
- Double-stitched sleeve and waist hems
- Seamless collar with taped neck and shoulders
Our Process - Custom Dye
Starting with 100% white cotton garments, we dye them in small batches by hand.
Our unique products are the result of a procedure we developed using a combination of Beer and synthetic dyes.
Our Designs - Heat Transfer Vinyl
Our "printing" is NOT Printed at all.
Keeping with the decision to produce only high quality products, we use heat transfer cut vinyl (HTV) for our designs.
WE DO NOT screen print !
We design and cut all of our transfers in-house on a commercial CNC vinyl cutter. We then weed the vinal by hand and apply with commercial heat presses.
Sure this is harder, but the outcome is worth it. We know our customers appreciate the dedication to the quality of our products.
(They've told us!)
